PCO Digital Products – No Refunds

• This applies to one-time purchases, subscriptions (3, 6, or 9 months), gift cards, and sale items.
• EU/UK Waiver: By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate access to your digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law. PCO Subscription Plans – Strict Enforcement

Our Pilates certification programs offer subscription plans (3, 6, or 9 months) that are legally binding contracts with full term payment due regardless of early completion, cancellation, or non-use:

• Subscriptions are modeled after Pro Tools and Adobe, with full term payment due regardless of early completion, cancellation, or non-use.
• Rules:
  • Payment: Monthly billing; cancelling early immediately accelerates the full remaining balance.
  • Examples:
    • A 3-month plan completed in 1 month still owes all 3 payments.
    • A 6-month plan completed in 2 months still owes all 6 payments.
    • A 9-month plan completed in 3 months owes the full 9 months immediately if cancelled.
  • Access: Continues post-term until all levels (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) and final test are completed, or 30 days of inactivity, whichever comes first. Non-payment or cancellation pauses access.
  • Certificates: Issued only after all payments (including disputed/reversed charges) are settled, levels completed, and apprenticeship hours verified. Certificates already issued will be revoked if payments are reversed, disputed, or left unpaid.
• This ensures fairness and prevents abuse of content access.

Physical Goods – Limited Returns

• Returns/exchanges allowed only for defective clothing, paperback books, or CDs with prior written approval from PCO.
• Conditions: Request within 14 days of receipt, item unused in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility; defective returns must be shipped to our designated returns address provided by support. Receipt not guaranteed.
• Digital products remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Gift cards and prepaid codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Anti-Cheat & Abuse Policy

• Drip content release ties to payment status. Unauthorized sharing, account misuse, or fraudulent disputes result in termination and full balance due.
